Judicial Service Commission (JSC) announces that a public hearing will be held on Sunday regarding the investigation into the disciplinary cases of Family Court's Chief Judge Hassan Saeed.
The hearings of the two cases will take place at 1:45 p.m. on Sunday at the JSC office, located at the 6th floor of the Post building. Anyone is eligible to attend the hearings.
JSC had earlier noted that Judge Hassan Saeed himself made the request to hold public hearings over the cases. He remains suspended from his duties since June 12 until the investigation wraps up.
In addition to the Sunday hearings, a public hearing was also open for the investigation into Supreme Court Justice Abdulla Didi's disciplinary case.
